Join your fellow Cornell alumni for a refreshing morning hike in beautiful South Bay! This is a perfect chance to reconnect with old friends, make new connections, and get some exercise while enjoying nature's beauty. Whether you're a seasoned hiker or just looking for a casual stroll, this event is for you! It's a wonderful way to build community and experience the outdoors together.

Dogs are allowed on leash if you want to bring your furry along. Make sure to bring water along for your dog as well.

We will adjust the trail according to what we all prefer!

About the Trail: All trails link

The trail is an easy to moderate hike, suitable for all levels of hikers. 

Cell phone reception might be spotty at the trailhead. Please plan to arrive on time.

WHEN

Saturday, April 11, 2025 | 9:00AM -12:00PM

Meet at trail head by 9:00AM. The hike will start at 9:15AM sharp.


LOCATION

Sanborn County Park, 16055 Sanborn Rd, Saratoga, CA 95070

Dress Code: Casual and comfortable shoes; remember to wear your Cornell red!

What to bring:

  • 1-2L of water
  • Sunscreen and a hat (the trail is shaded in some parts and exposed in some)

Registration is free of cost but please ensure you include your family members (including children) during sign-up. 


TRANSPORTATION

Parking: Please follow the link here. as this parking lot is closest to the trailhead. Please bring a credit card to make payments for park entry ($6). Apple Pay may not work.
